January Guild Meeting

The Scenic Valley Handweavers Guild met on Saturday, January 21st, to kick off the New Year!  The program was "Bead Weaving" on a loom.  Carla Boudrot did a great job of showing us how quick and easy it was to use her particular style of bead loom.  This type of beading can easily be adapted to fabric weaving for decorative ends on scarves, etc.  Thank you, Carla!

The new officers for 2017 are:  Chris, Leader; Wanda & Wilma, Co-Program Leaders; Marie & Donna, Co-Secretaries; and Phyllis, Treasurer.
